Privacy policy
Last updated 2 October 2026.
This page explains, in plain English, what happens to your data when you use Kitbaba (kitbaba.com). The short version: your files are processed on your own device and are never uploaded.
Your files
Files you open, drop or paste into a Kitbaba tool, and text you type into one, are processed by your web browser on your own device. They are not uploaded to Kitbaba or to anyone else, and we cannot see them. When you close the tab, they are gone. Results are saved directly from your browser.
Advertising
To keep the tools free, the site may show ads from Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads, to limit how often you see them, and to measure how they perform. Ads may be personalised based on your visits to this and other websites. Google's ad technology never receives the files you work on, because those stay in your browser.
- How Google uses data from sites that show its ads: policies.google.com/technologies/ads
- To turn off personalised ads, or change what Google uses, visit adssettings.google.com. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Consent in the EEA, UK and Switzerland
If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you will be asked for your consent before ads use cookies, through Google's consent message. You can change your choice later from the same message.
Analytics and cookies
Kitbaba does not use analytics or tracking of its own, and sets no cookies of its own. The only thing it stores is your light or dark theme choice, kept in your browser's local storage on your device and never sent anywhere. Cookies from Google AdSense are described above.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
Your rights
Kitbaba aims to respect privacy laws such as India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Because your files never reach us, we hold no personal data about what you do with the tools. For data used for ads, use the Google links above. For anything else, contact us and we will help where we can.
Feedback
If you send feedback through our feedback form (opens in a new tab), it is collected by Tally (tally.so) and processed under Tally's privacy policy. Only what you type is sent, never your files. Please don't include personal or sensitive information. Your email is optional and is used only to reply to you.
