Questions

Are my images uploaded?

No. The PDF is built on your device in a background worker. That makes it safe for scans of ID cards, certificates and bills.

Will my photos lose quality?

JPG and PNG images are placed in the PDF exactly as they are, so nothing is lost. Other formats, and phone photos stored sideways with a rotation tag, are converted to high-quality JPG first so they appear the right way up.

Why is my PDF so large?

Images keep their full quality, so the PDF is about as big as all the images together. To make it smaller, run the photos through the image compressor first.

What does Auto orientation do?

Wide images get landscape pages and tall images get portrait pages, so each one fills as much of its page as possible.

Are there limits?

Up to 50 images at a time, 100 MB and 50 megapixels each. Phones have less memory, so very large batches are best made on a computer.
